We Handle Serious Injury Cases
You're in a world of hurt. Our law firm can help.
An accident causing injury can happen in an instant. Dealing with the consequences, though, is never quick or easy. Your recovery may take weeks, months or years. And if you've suffered a permanent, debilitating injury, your entire life may change.
If your injuries were someone else's fault, then the insurance company representing that person or business should have to pay. Unfortunately, that insurance company won't see you as a person in need of help. They're in business to make a profit - and too often, that profit comes at the expense of the injured person. That's why you need a personal injury lawyer by your side.
NBLE Law has been holding insurance companies accountable in personal injury cases for decades. We're proud of the results we've gotten for thousands of clients as well as the ways we've advocated to make our community safer. Some of the cases we handle here include:
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Recreational Injuries
- Premises Liability
- Workplace Accidents
- Fatal Injury
- Medical Malpractice
- Concussions and Serious Injury
Every injury is unique, and so is every injured person. We don't just try to get a quick settlement and move on to the next case. We'll take the time to get to know you, and we'll prepare your case with your entire lifetime in mind. Our legal team will consult with experts and carefully review your medical records to understand the true long-term cost of your injury, and we're adept at finding coverage and combining insurance policies to make sure you are fully compensated for those costs.
Your case isn't just about money - in fact, we know that's probably the farthest thing from your mind. It's about being made whole again, becoming self-sufficient and moving forward after an injury. In Seattle and throughout the Puget Sound area, we fight to make that a reality when people need us most.
If you've been hurt, get an attorney on your side right away. Contact us online or call (206) 623-7520. We work on a contingency fee basis, which means you don't pay us a cent for your initial consultation. We'll advance all costs related to your case and only get paid when you recover.
Some of the most difficult cases we deal with at NBLE Law involve head injuries such as concussions. Broadly speaking, a concussion is an injury caused by blunt trauma to the brain. This may involve an object striking the head, as in an assault or sports injury, or it may involve the head striking an object or the ground, as in a vehicle accident or slip-and-fall accident. Some concussions don't even involve contact with the head; if the head moves violently back and forth, a concussion can result when the brain strikes the inside of the skull.
Most people think of concussions as minor injuries. But while a concussion is generally a mild type of traumatic brain injury, no injury to the brain is ever truly minor. Even if your symptoms in the wake of a concussion are mild, there could be more significant damage that causes delayed-onset symptoms. For instance, research shows that nearly half of concussions may also cause damage to the pituitary gland, and that pituitary dysfunction can lead to hormone deficiencies that cause fatigue, weight loss and mood changes. Moreover, a concussion leaves the victim vulnerable to second impact syndrome - a rare but deadly condition in which the brain is injured again before fully healing from a previous concussion.
In short, if you've sustained a concussion or other head injury in an accident caused by someone else's negligence, you need to seek immediate medical attention - and you need experienced legal counsel. Our attorneys have extensive experience helping victims of traumatic brain injury recover, and we're prepared to listen to your story. Reach out to NBLE Law today.
